AIA were tasked with the full roof survey, leak detection and emergency repointing works to the iconic Grade A listed building located in Paisley. We sourced a historic leak at the top of one of the capped off chimneys and carried out temporary pointing works using NHL 5 Lime Mortar.

 

A permanent solution has been proposed to the building occupants and will be carried out to all chimneys in the near future.
